For Armac Martin, we transformed a high-volume collection of hand-finished brassware into a suite of ultra-detailed, authentic CGI assets. The challenge was to capture the nuance, craftsmanship and natural variation of physical metal finishes, while building a scalable production approach capable of delivering consistent, premium imagery across a large product range.
To support the scale of the project, we developed a bespoke production render configurator and a suite of custom pipeline tools. These allowed the team to automate key parts of the rendering process, manage product variations efficiently, and apply controlled finish treatments across multiple assets without compromising the handcrafted character of the original pieces.
Every CGI asset was built with a focus on material truth and fine detail, from the subtle surface texture of the brass to the tonal shifts, brushing, polishing and patina found in hand-finished metalwork. Our tools enabled us to dial in variation with precision, ensuring each render felt authentic, tactile and true to the quality of Armac Martin’s products.
With the pipeline in place, we were able to deliver a high volume of consistent, photoreal product renders across the full collection. The result was a scalable CGI system that combined production efficiency with craft-level detail, giving Armac Martin a flexible visual asset library for use across e-commerce, marketing and wider brand communications.
